전자거래기본법상의 공인전자문서보관소 활성화 방안

A Study on the Promotion of Authorizes EDD in Basic Law on Electronic Transaction

오늘날 전 세계적으로 전자문서의 관리와 전자정보의 전달은 영업활동이나 경영활동의 큰 부분을 차지하고 있다. 컴퓨터 기반 정보의 전 세계적인 사용이 더욱 더 증가될 것으로 기대된다. 전자문서는 종이기반의 세계보다 전자적인 세계에서 훨씬 다른 의미를 내포하고 있다. 전자문서는 전자적 수단에 의하여 작성, 생성, 발송, 전달, 수령 또는 저장되는 계약서나 기타 기록물을 말한다. 본 논문은 전자무역의 도입으로 인하여 대두되고 있는 전자문서의 개념과 한계성 그리고 이러한 전자문서의 효율적인 관리를 위한 전자문서보관소의 개념과 필요성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 따라서 전자상거래와 전자무역의 원활화를 위해 공인전자문서 보관소의 활성화에 기여하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

Recently, electronic document management and electronic information transmission constitute an extensive part of commercial and administrative activities. It is expected that the world-wide use of computer-based information will still increase dramatically. The electronic documents have quite different meanings in the electronic world than in the paper world. The electronic documents are generated by the electronic record which means data created, generated, sent, communicated, received, or stored by electronic means. This paper deals with not only concept and problems of electronic documents which was at issue owing to the increased use of electronic trade but Authorized Electronic Data Depot as an integrated system for the efficient management of electronic document. The purpose of this paper contribute to activate the Authorized Electronic Data Depot for streamlining e-Commerce and e-Trade.
