This study aims to investigate the factors which affect EFL teachers to use technological applications into their language classrooms. Based on oral interviews with twenty EFL teachers, the data were analyzed to answer three research questions: (1) what is teachers' perception of technology? (2) why do/don't EFL teachers use technology in language classrooms? (3) what factors influence teachers' technology use? The results of this study show that teachers use technology in their classrooms because of various ways of presentation, more resources, students' motivation and participation, and authentic context. However, teachers do not use technology because of lack of time, knowledge, confidence and resources, and administrative restrictions. Finally, the findings of this study suggest some implications for teacher education.
