Multiple sclerosis is a multiphasic demyelinating disorders with scattered lesions, "plaques", occuring irregularly throughout central nervous system in time and location. It is one of the most important neurologic problems in the adult population. but rare in the childhood. We experienced a case of multiple sclerosis in a 9-year-old girl who showed voiding difficulty, right hemiplegia and right homonymous hemianopsia. The brief review of the literature was made.
