In this paper, 3-way Doherty power Amplifier with W-CDMA is designed and implemented for improvement of efficiency and linearity. Main Amplifier is composed of single-ended structure using LDMOS FET, Peaking Amplifiers are composed of Push-pull form using LDMOS FET and proposed class F for improvement of efficiency and using adjustment of bias point for improvement of linearity simultaneously. Power Amplifier`s measurement result using proposed technique in W-CDMA 4FA, average output power 20W shows ACLR (Adjacent Channel Leakage Power Ratio) -41.17 dBc @5 MHz offset. and excellent efficiency of 31.2% improved 3%. This results show that proposed 3-way Doherty power Amplifier with class F is proper at improvement of efficiency and linearity. And in the future, it is expected that proposed 3-way Doherty power Amplifier is adopted at various output`s repeater and base station power Amplifier.
