In this paper, the Injection-Locking Coupled Oscillator(ILCO) was designed and fabricated for Active Intergrated Phased Array Antenna(AIPAA). The ILCO consisted of two Injection Locking Hair-pin Oscillators(ILHRO) and an unilateral amplifier. The ILHRO which was designed using hair-pin resonator and the injection locking oscillator technique. Two ILHRO were mutually coupled by an unilateral amplifier. The ILCO was obtained good locking bandwidth and maximum phase-differance by using hair-pin resonator and unilateral amplifier.
