In 1897, Qunicke described a disorder which was characterized by symptoms and signs of a space-occupying intracranial mass, such as headache, transient visual obscurations, and papilledema, but with no evidence of a ventricular obstruction. Lumbar puncture revealed elevated intracranial pressure, but cerebrospinal fluid components were normal. Nonne further defined the disorder, calling it "pseudotumor cerebri" in 1904. We have experienced a case of pseudotumor cerebric in child in 10 years old boy who responded to acetazolamide treatment. Therefore, we report this case with review of literatures.
