저자들은 우안의 외사시와 운동 발달 지연을 주소로 내원한 8개월된 여아에서 안저 검사상 우측 시신경 형성 부전과 뇌 자기 공명 영상에서 투명 중격의 무형성 소견이 관찰된 Septo-optoc dysplasia 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다
The septo-optic dysplasia, or de Morsier syndrome is a developmental anomaly characterized by involvement of the septum pellucidum, optic system and hypothalamic-pituitary axis. We experienced a case of septa-optic dysplasia in 8 month-old female. A magnetic resonance imaging of the brain showed isolated absent septum pellucidum. And ophthalmoscopic examination showed right optic nerve hypoplasia, exotropia of right eye.
