1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This paper analyzed the public confidence of estate registration. Generally. one who acquires a right from nonrightful person could not get a real right. But if one adopts the principle of public confidence, the assignee relying on public notification shall be guaranteed by the authorities even if th assignor were not a substantial right holder (2) RESEARCH METHOD It is used by detailed compared study between Korean and Germany in the legal system on the public confidence of real registration. I choose literature research methods through various kinds of material domestic and german books and theses. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The results of this research showed that problem of real-estate registration in Korea. It is not efficient, to accept the public confidence of real estate registration. I think that we can consider the title insurance instead of the public confidence. 2. RESULTS Even if German adopts the public confidence of real estate registration, we con not adopts the public confidence in Korea because of various problem. It is difficult in reality without to adopt the principle of public confidence of real estate registration. As the alternative of the public confidence of real estate registration. I suggest the adoption of the title insurance. 3. KEY WORDS the public confidence, real estate registration, the assignee, the title insurance, institutional arrangement
