Legal regulations about real estate had brought about many changes along with recent real estate situations. 2. RESULTS Based on these changes, in order to prevent real estate transaction accidents, adjustment of related statutes and public cognition change about real estate should be pre conditioned. Real estate which is thought as the object of speculation, and thereby trying to expand wealth, futhermore, a person who defrauds another, thereby taking property or obtaining pecuniary advantage from another, which shall be punished severely. 3.
