1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVE We have experienced various kinds of real estate transaction accidents in daily life. Such real estate transaction accidents are not simply individual problems, but are expanded to social problems, which damaged many people. Human beings have acted continuously real estate transactions during daily life, during transactions, unexpected accidents have often occurred. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Method of study is abreast of theoretical and positive method. (3) RESEARCH FINDENGS When such an unexpected accident occurs, economically or socially unhappy results bring about. Legal regulations about real estate had brought about many changes along with recent real estate situations. 2. RESULTS Based on these changes, in order to prevent real estate transaction accidents, adjustment of related statutes and public cognition change about real estate should be pre conditioned. Real estate which is thought as the object of speculation, and thereby trying to expand wealth, futhermore, a person who defrauds another, thereby taking property or obtaining pecuniary advantage from another, which shall be punished severely. 3. KEY WORDS real estate crime, real estate transaction accident, precaution of real estate crime, counter measures against real estate crime.
