1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to find factors that influence unsold new housing. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Multi-linear regression analysis was used to find factors that influence unsold new housing. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS According to analysis result, 'change of business', 'change of employment', 'distance from center of mother city' and 'price difference between old and new housing' have a significant effect on unsold new housing. 2. RESULTS From the results of this study, three suggestions are made. 1) Local mid-small cities' housing-land development should consider economic situation of mother city. 2) Local mid-small cities' housing-land development should be integrated with mother city. 3) Government should carry out housing price control policy. 3.
