(2) RESEARCH METHOD This study is practiced through theoretical literature review. It is used domestic and overseas materials such as paper, books, etc. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of there is circulatory relation that space market to purpose spapce use and asset capital market to important cash flow in future. 2. RESULTS as a result, Space market's share is influence that relation of supply and demand. High share means short of provision of space. So, that is maintain high a value of lease.
