1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to find theory that about the relation of real estate asset market and real estate space market. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study is practiced through theoretical literature review. It is used domestic and overseas materials such as paper, books, etc. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of there is circulatory relation that space market to purpose spapce use and asset capital market to important cash flow in future. 2. RESULTS as a result, Space market's share is influence that relation of supply and demand. High share means short of provision of space. So, that is maintain high a value of lease. But Many vacant space are have the weakening of market. 3. KEY WORDS space market, asset capital market, vacant space, supply and demand, real estate market
