1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims at looking into the academic status and approach in connection with real estate economics; study in connection with economics theories applied to real estate science as comprehensive application science. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study investigates various literatures and theses about real estate economies, rather than approaches aims positively as shown from questionnaire survey and opinion, centering on theoretical approaches. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study covers total five chapters in which chapter describes introduction and chapter2 looks into precedent studies. Chapter3 looks into the academic status of real estate science and real estate economics, and chapter4 presents macro as well as micro approaches of real estate economics. 2. RESULTS All of the human behaviors originate from economic principles. The economic principle, "Minimum cost to create the maximum effect". is a fundamental premise in all human beings. So, real estate activities are within the limitation and need the analysis in economic aspects to understand real estate activities accurately. Real estate economics is a science systemizing real estate phenomena, object of real estate science and economic aspect in real estate activities within the knowledges such as general economic theories and land economy theories. 3.
