교실수업 방해원인에 대한 질적 고찰

A Study on Factors of the Obstruction in the Process of Classroom Instruction

교실수업은 교실수업환경 내부 및 외부로 부터 방해를 받고 있다. 그러나 교실수업이 방해를 받고 있다는 사실을 알면서도 실질적인 방해원인이 무엇이며, 이로 인해 교실수업이 어떻게 진행되는지를 파악하지 못하고 있다. 교실수업 방해원인을 파악하기 위해서는 일상적인 상황에서 진행되는 교실수업을 직접 관찰하고 분석할 필요가 있다. 그렇지만 일반적인 교실수업은 관찰하기도 쉽지 않으며 한두 달 간의 짧은 기간으로 탐색하고 분석하기는 쉽지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교사 27명(남 8, 여 19)의 교실수업을 약 6개월간에 걸쳐서 관찰하였다. 본 연구는 교실수업 관찰 및 교사 면담을 통하여 교실수업에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 방해원인을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진, 교실수업 방해원인은 학생의 학습활동 이탈과 교사 통제, 다양한 교수-학생방법의 부재, 알림장 쓰기, 청소, 수업준비, 우유급식, 점심급식, 교실수업 중 동료 교사의 방문이나 회람, 갑작스런 회의, 학교교육과정상의 진도, 수업 중에 울리는 전화벨, 수업 중에 오는 각종 보고 공문 등으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는, 교실수업이 올바른 방향으로 진행되기 위해서는 현재의 교실수업환경을 고려한 교실수업 방해원인 제거전략을 강구해야 할 필요성을 제기해 준다고 하겠다.

Now, the problem is that a classroom instruction was received obstruction from various factors in educational surroundings. But one major problem is that we have a feeble grasp despite the interruption in the classroom instruction. We can't also catch the factor of the negative effect on the classroom instruction in the concrete. It is necessary that we should observe classroom instructions and analyze for searching causes of the obstruction in the process of classroom instruction. But it is impossible to observe classroom instructions in a month or two. The observation was executed with 27(male8, female19) teachers' classroom instructions for 6 months. The purpose of this research was to grasp factors of the obstruction in the process of classroom instruction through observation and interview. Through this research, it was found that causes of the obstruction in the process of classroom instruction were learners' deviation in learning activity and teacher's control, teaching-learning method missing, writing correspondence, cleaning, preparing for materials, milk, school lunch, unexpected visiting in the process of class from colleague at school or circular, the progress of class, the ringing of a telephone, and official documents for report. Based on the result of this research, it is necessary that we should look for solutions for removing causes of the obstruction in the process of classroom instruction.
