This thesis is researched by case studies conducted with full-time employees currently engaged in hospitality industries. This study verifies whether or not outcome of completion of the internship course is positive for interns’ self improvement and current full-time employees’ job satisfaction. The benefit of variable internship programs can be maximized by using pertinent data from this study and it also can be a guide book for every interest group in which inters and employer’s opinions are reflected. Indeed, this thesis helps people in hospitality industry strengthen the competitiveness in rapidly changing environment.
