부품⋅소재산업 수출기업의 성과결정요인에 관한 실증연구

An Empirical Study on the Performance Determinants of Parts and Materials Industry : Focused on Korean Exporting Companies to Japan

본 연구에서는 기존연구와 인터뷰조사로 도출된 성과결정요인을 바탕으로 연구모형을 개발하고, 규모의 한계와 기술력 부족으로 인해 수출시장 개척과 수출성과 향상에 어려움을 겪고 있는 부품소재산업 일본수출기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 애로사항과 함께 성과결정 요인을 실증분석을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과 성과결정요인들에 대한 결과는 상담활동과 내부만족도를 제외하고 모두 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기업들은 자금과 기술에 대한 정부지원확대를 매우 희망하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이런 연구결과를 바탕으로 수출활성화 방안을 모색하여 대일무역역조를 개선하고, 부품소재산업의 발전에 도움을 주고자 하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

This study developed a research model based on the performance determinants collected from literature reviews and interviews, conducted a survey with companies which export parts and materials to Japan, and validated obstacles and performance determinants through empirical analysis. The purpose of the study is to examine the character and present situation of parts and materials industry, to find some ways of increasing the export volume of the industry based on the result of the empirical analysis, to overcome Korea's trade deficit with Japan, and to help the growth of parts and materials industry.
