중소기업간 협력활동이 협력성과에 미치는 영향

Effects of Cooperation on Corporate Performance in Small and Medium-Sized Interfirms : A Study on the Moderating Effects of Entrepreneurship and Environment Factor

본 연구는 수직적 협력관계에서 협력과 협력성과간의 관계를 알아보고, 시장경쟁정도, 기술변화정도 그리고 기업가정신이 협력과 협력성과간의 관계를 어떻게 조절하는 가를 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 연구결과 협력의도는 협력성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 기업가 정신과 기술변화수준은 협력과 협력성과간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기업간 수직적 협력관계에 있어서는 최고경영자의 의사결정이 중요한 영향을 행사한다는 것을 의미하고 한편으로 기술의 변화가 극심한 경우에 시장에 적응하기 위해서 기업간 협력의 중요성이 보다 강화되는 것을 의미한다.

The objectives of this study are to examine effects of interfirms cooperation on performance and Entrepreneurship and Environment Factors moderate the relationship between cooperation and corporate performance in small and medium-sized. In order to test hypothesis, moderated regression analysis were conducted for the data collected from optical industry which consist typical small sized firms. The results show that cooperation effects on corporate performance. In addition, This study explores the moderating effects of entrepreneurship and technological change but market competition had no moderating effects. Level of entrepreneurship and technological change affect the interfirms performance.
