日本 におけるDV司法システムのあり方

본 연구는 DV와 관련된 사법시스템 중에서, 특히 경찰을 중심으로 한 사법복지 시스템이 DV문제를 효율적으로 해결할 수 있고, 질 높은 개입을 할 수 있는 방안을 탐색하는데 목적을 둔다. 경찰은 DV에 대한 최초 개입 기관으로, 경찰의 초기 개입은 DC문제 예방 및 해결을 좌우하는 중요한 열쇠가 된다고 생각했기 때문이다. 이러한 관점에서 먼저 일본의 DV에 대한 현황을 살펴보았다. 영국과 미국과 캐나다에서 경찰이 담당하고 있는 DV개입 및 대책 모뎅릉 소개한 후, 일본의 대책 제시를 위한 비교틀로 사용하였다.

What should Japanese Justice Welfare System of Domestic Violence Be? The purpose of this study is for justice welfare system with the police to solve the Domestic Violence(DV) problems and to search for some ways to their intervention efficiently and high qualitatively. I think the police' intervention as an initial authority is a very important key to a good prevention and solution of DV status first. Then I introduced some models of their intervention and measures that the police took in the U.K., the U.S.A. and Canada. I used them as a frame of the comparison to Japanese and suggested the police' more efficient and higher level of intervention methods.
