Analysis on the Trade Adjustment Assistance and the Case Study for the Sphere of Manufacturing Industries with respect to USA

This paper is to provide for an analysis on the trade adjustment assistance program and the Case study of USA’s manufacturing industries. The paper offers a positive method study on analysis about USA’s Trade Adjustment Assistance for the manufacturing industries. In general, USA’s TAA measures are defined as assistance actions for business enterprises and manufacturing industries workers. Especially this focuses on the trade adjustment assistance case about USA’s TAA from both projects that improve a firm’s competitiveness and workers in layoffs of trade-impacted communities harmed by imports from free trade, and also has provided criteria & implications on the USA’s TAA of manufacturing industries in the changing international economy. EDA provides technical assistance to a firm through one of the 11 TAACs. No funds go directly to firms. For the six-year period(2001-2006), firms had an average $10.4 million in sales and 111 employees. USA’s TAA of manufacturing industries remains successful but controversial. Finally, we learned the importance of trade adjustment assistance from USA cases. The effective application for business enterprises and manufacturing industries workers would help us get over difficulties through both USA’s TAA case study and criteria & implications at hand.
