A Study on the Strategic Cooperation between NGO and Local Government based on the Desirable Justice Principle

한국의 NGO와 지방정부는 국가발전과 더불어 지역발전에 일정 부분 상호 협력을 한다. 과거 왜곡된 정치질서 하에서는 반목대립적인 관계였지만 최근에 이르러서는 협력적 관계로 발전해 나가야 한다는 당위성이 제고되고 있다. NGO와 지방정부의 협력적 관계를 위해서는 고티에의 정의원리의 적용이 중요하다. NGO와 지방정부는 국가의 정의실현을 위해서 고티에의 ‘제한적 극대자’라는 개념의 측면에서 상호협력을 위한 덕목실천에 보다 노력을 경주해야 한다

Many NGOs and local governments in South Korea have cooperatively done for the national and local development in some respects. Believe increases gradually to develope from the past constraint relations to the cooperative relations among their peoples. Now it needs for them to take Gauthier's as a justice-principle to act cooperatively for the full purpose achievement of their nation and local society.
