중등체육교원 임용시험제도의 필기평가에 대한 발전방향

Institutional Improvement Plan of the Written Examination System for Employing Physical Education Techers of Secondary Schools

이 연구는 중등체육교원 임용시험제도의 필기평가에 대한 분석을 통해 문제점을 파악하여 새로운 임용시험제도의 발전방향을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 교육행정가, 교육전문가, 체육행정가, 체육전문가 등의 전문가들이 중등체육교원 임용시험제도의 필기평가에 대한 현재의 문제점을 분석하고 바람직한 개선의 방향을 예측하였다. 3차례에 걸쳐 반복된 델파이 설문을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 문항 출제 시 검증되고 일반화된 이론을 출제하고, 시대에 맞는 현실적인 문학개발이 필요하다고 예측하였다. 둘째, 교육 현장과 연계된 문항을 출제할 수 있도록 개발·연구 될 것으로 예측하였다. 셋째, 전공 필기시험의 출제 범위를 중요도에 따라 반영 비율을 일정하게 유지할 것으로 예측하였다. 넷째, 출제 위원 선정 방법에 있어서 현직교사의 출제 참여 비율을 높여야 할 것으로 예측하였다. 다섯째, 임용시험 중 필기평가에 대한 정확한 체점 기준을 마련하고, 정답을 공개하여 투명성을 확보해야 할 것으로 예측하였다. 여섯째, 학생들의 생활지도 능력이 평가 될 수 있는 문항이 개발될 것으로 예측하였다.

This study was intended to provide a new institutional improvement plan of the written examination system for employing physical education teachers of secondary schools, by grasping the present problems through extensive analysis of the present examination system. Four different professionals, such as Education administrators, professionals of education, physical education administrators and professionals of physical education, analyzed the problems of the current written examination system and predicted desirable improvement policies. The Delphi survey was conducted three times and the conclusion was as follows: First, questions should be based on generally verified theories and contemporary, realistic questions are required. Second, continuous research and development are required to create suitable questions related to the actual education field. Third, the reflection percentage of a range of possible questions should be consistently maintained according to the importance levels. Fourth, with regard to selection of committee members that make questions, the ratio of present teachers in attendance should be increased. Fifth, the precise grading standard of the written examinations should be established and the correct answers should be disclosed in a clear manner to the public. Sixth, questions for evaluating a teacher's ability to provide personal guidance for students is required.
