As more accounting irregularities have occurred, it has made more people concern about the importance of responsibility accounting for a corporation. A corporation must be performed through impartial management procedures and provide valuable accounting information based on the fair procedures for stake holders(the users of information). And the valuable accounting information can be performed for the communication of society.
