1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to consider of rent and use of land theory(bid-rent, manometric city, polycentric city, etc) (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on consider theory. First, rent and use of land theory based on the bid-rent theory. Second, consider theory which are manometric city and polycentric city. It found that though population, income, traffic cost effect for the urban land rent. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Rent and use of land theory based on the bid-rent theory is place a limit. And manometric city and polycentric city theory are very important. 2. RESULTS In the results of this study, Rent and use of land theory based on the bid-rent theory is place a limit. And manometric city and polycentric city theory are very important. Because population, income, traffic cost effect for the urban land rent. So we must study about variable of the urban land rent.
