1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Recently domestic development works of commercial buldings is depressed because of global financing shock and economic slump. This study was focused on the various factors determining the success of Presale Agent. The purpose of this study is to finding causes and effects of past problems and seeking the alternatives of Presale Agent in Real Estate. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review such as paper, books, etc and expert opinions. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The Professionalism of Presale business participants is required, especially tenant-mix and market research ability is absolutely. 2. RESULTS The commercial buldings development works are not accomplishing form of buildings simply but offering benefit and gains to the customers continuously. Presale business participants are not simply sell bulding but responsible for helping to create spaces and form the trading area in one region. so commercial buldings development works answer the development participants profits and the social purpose. Therefore Professionalism of Presale business participants is required absolutely. The most important problem is the absent of certificate licence of Presale in real estate.
