1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study examines the influence and limitation of market intervention through the theoretical approach on real estate business fluctuation and governmental intervention in markets. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study looks into various literatures and theses about real estate fluctuation, rather than approaches aims positively, centering on theoretical aspects. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study covers total five chapters in which chapter1 describes introduction and chapter2 looks into precedent studies. Chapter3 looks into theoretically the conception, style, and theory of markets, and effectiveness and limitation of governmental intervention in markets, and presents the results. 2. RESULTS In connection with real estate fluctuation changes, market price fluctuation and governmental intervention have strong points as well as week points respectively. Governmental intervention in real estate has to be executed at an appropriate opportunity on the basis of minute analyses. It will lead to the least side effects, increased effectiveness of governmental intervention, and active economy.
