1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study was inspired by a need to suggest that land and housing issues should follow the principle of market along with their policies. Its purpose was to insist that it's more rational and logical for the government to leave individual citizens' acts of land use to their autonomous decisions and market moves rather than imposing interfering and regulatory measures on each act. The study mainly discussed the argument. (2) RESEARCH METHOD In the study, the investigator adopted the philosophy of policymakers and decision-makers and theoretically established concepts in discussing the real estate policies of the former Participatory Government(Roo's Government) instead of conducting numerical and economical analysis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS I thus attempted to analyze from the perspective of marketism regarding the former government's lines of policies. In addition, I reviewed the citizens' wrong perceptions of real estate issues. 2. RESULTS Finally, by examining the laws about the redemption of excess profits of reconstruction from the perspective of practical asset value through the reconstruction laws that had raised much controversy lately, I presented marketism-based interpretations of the laws' meanings, especially practical ones.
