韓國의 歷代 煎茶法과 飮茶法

A Historical study on the Traditional Korean Tea making and Drinking during the Dynasty of Three Kingdoms and Koryo.:Before Koryo Dynasty

The result of the study reveals as follows. Fifst, the making and drink-ing method of Rice-Cake type tea seems to be used by the ancient Ko-rean people. Those skills were introduced into Korea for the first time by a Chinese book, called Chaching, which was written by Lu Yu during the Tang dy-nasty. Second, the Korean people who lived during the Koryo dynasty (from 8 to 14 century) used different custom in making and drinking their tea. They learned so-called Emperor Huei Tsung's method from a Chinese book and used it. The book, called Ta Kuan Cha Lun, was written during the late era of north Sung Dynasty. The main characteristics of the methods are consist of a series of steps; gathering leaves from plants, drying, keeping, boiling and drinking.
