This study was surveyed on the folk song related with green tea at the historic place related to tea culture, wild tea growing districts, decayed Buddhist temple area and places with tea-related names in Namhae province since 1958. 1. A folk song recorded from park old woman in Daesa-ri, Namhae-gun, Kyeongnam has a content about resolve of the personal problem induced by honey green tea. 2. The content of a folk song recorded from Kang old woman in Dumoryang, Ridong-myeon, Namhae-gun is that ones invoke a blessing to mountain-god, sea-god and Taezo King of Chosun with fresh green tea. And a folk song recorded from old woman lived in village hall of Dachon-ri has a content of consolation on difficulty of rural life. 3. The content of a folk song recorded from Kim old woman in Mireok-shrine of Ryongmoon-temple invoke a blessing for dilivery of son with offering green tea to Buddhist. From this survey, three folk song related to green tea was recorded from Namhae province and involved the wish of blessing life by offering the green tea to god. It is valuable data for studying the historic life style of Namhae-gun.
