김해 예안리고분군 조묘집단의 자비방식 연구

김해 예안리고분군은 분묘유적이지만 조리흔이 관찰되는 연질토기가 다수 존재한다. 당시 사용된 토기가 해당시기의 분묘에 부장되었다는 전제하에 관찰결과를 통하여 5가지 유형으로 설정하여 각 유형의 기능적인 특징과 시기별 변화양상을 검토하였다. 그 결과 연질옹이라는 한 기종 내 조리에 적합한 기형의 변화와 연동하여 자비방식은 노지와 부뚜막에서의 조리와 같은 다양한 형태로 조합되어 있으며 그 가운데 분화도 있음을 추정할 수 있었다. 소형토기군이 중심이 되어 두드러져 가장 다양한 자비방식이 행해진다. 연질옹의 형태도 구연이 짧게 내만하는 등 자비에 용이하게 기능적으로 변해 감을 알 수 있었다. 특히 유·소아의 매장시설인 옹관에도 조리흔이 존재하며 파수부옹은 형태적인 특징에서 오는 자비유형으로 보았다. 이상과 같이 예안리고분군의 연질토기 관찰을 통하여 예안리고분군 조묘집단의 시기별 자비유형의 변천이 나타내는 취사 및 조리방식의 변화와 부뚜막의 이용가능성과 같은 조리와 관련된 공간에 대해서도 복원해볼 수 있었다.

Kimhae Yeanri Tombs have been regarded as a typical site of Three kingdoms for changes of tombs in Yeongnam area. This thesis is aimed to verify the ancient cooking style on the view of boiling traces. In other words there are soot, burnt deposit, oxidized part and over-boiled trace among cooking traces which are the newest studies of archaeology. Each of them is classified by many causes which are process of formation, the tone of color, and thickness. As result of analysis of them, we can approach specific cooking style for example, a mount of water and the intensity of fire etc. As the main object of analysis, 52 of potteries of Yeanri tombs, it is possible classify 5 patterns. 'A' pattern indicates that they were fired on the surface of land with lids among small-sized pottery. In addition to that, it is observed 'A's were put by side of fire when they were heated, it can call 'the side heating'. The next 'B' pattern is related to cooking grains. 'C' with handle has a feature which is remarkable cooking traces on the opposite side of handle. Both of large-sized pottery and jar coffin for infants are 'D' which are divided D1 for non-practical use and D2 for practical use. The last of pattern is 'E', a pot in which to boil rice. Even though there is only one, it is better to set a separate pattern as the shape of pot is likely to stand for its function. Yeanri Tombs were formed from A.D. 4C to 7C. Their cooking style makes an epoch in the late of 5C when appeared the most various patterns.
