This article purpose is investigation of tea production area at the Chosun dynasty record, revealing changing of tea production, culture was decrease. The Chosun dynasty tea culture research concerned abuse of tea gift and suppress of buddhism policy, investigated real cause with data. And Chosun dynasty is agricultural society, the influence of natural environment was begger than current days. Therefore, this article analysed natural disaster at the Chosun Wang Jo Sil Rok (Chosun dynasty official record), based on Lee, Tae Jin record's Sobing period(1480-1750), investigated frozen injury.
