The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and preference for flower tea. The researcher used a total of 189 copies of questionnaires as the analysis data of this study which were collected by random sampling of customers in metropolitan area. The copies collected were analyzed by frequency and crosstable using SPSS 15.0. The result of the research is as follows. First, as for the preference of flower tea, 38.62% of customers preferred chrysanthemum tea the most. Secondly, 51.32% of customers cared about the fragrance. Finally, 50.26% of customers responded to fragrance the most from the factors that led to the preference for flower tea.
