국내 항공사의 식사 서비스의 경우 노선별로 차이가 있기는 하지만 10시간 이상의 장거리 노선의 경우 한식인 비빔밥과 양식의 2가지의 종류 중에 하나를 선택하여 제공한다. 이 경우 우리나라 승객 뿐 만 아니라 우리나라의 음식을 좋아하는 외국승객에게 우리나라의 음식 체험의 기회를 제공한다. 이때 개선된 본 프로그램 결과물인 고급녹차접대서비스를 제공한다면 현재 대한민국 정부에서 추진 중인 한식세계화 프로젝트의 효율성 향상에 기여 할 것으로 본다.
This study was carried out to develop new educational programs for Green tea service in air flight and also achieved to educate tea service staff in airline cabins and hotels. The education programs are consist of eight hours, 16 hours, 30 hours, 60 hours courses. The main educational contents are fundamental training for beverage service, education for theory on Teaics, training for brewing tea, and practice for storytelling on culture for tea. The results of eight hours educational program for 48 applicants, 48% of applicant got 80% educational achievement, This research is expected to support Korean food research globalization running by Korea government.
