Among many medical application of lasers, the pulsed laser induced surgery is one of the most popular fields. In the current study, we demonstrated the laser-induced selective cell targeting using the precision positioning stage. Furthermore, we compared laser induced ablation of human urinary calculi using two different lasers (Ho:YAG : 2.9㎛, Er:YAG : 2.1㎛).
