중국 지역 한국학 고문헌 정리 현황과 수집 방향

The Current Collection and the Collecting Methodology of Ancient Korean Literature in the Chinese Region

본 논문의 중국 지역은 중국 대륙과 대만, 홍콩, 마카오 지역을 지칭한다. 중국 지역은 예로부터 한국과 밀접한 교류 역사가 있어 한국학 고문헌이 매우 많이 소장되어있다. 지금까지 중국 지역에서 한국학 고문헌을 조사한 도서관의 숫자는 근 60곳이고, 한국학 고문헌의 전체 양은 3천 부 정도이다. 이와 관련된 서목이나 논문은 수십 편 정도이다. 한국학 고문헌을 조사한 도서관의 숫자는 중국 전체 중대형 도서관의 숫자에 비해 채 10%도 되지 않는다. 이 수치는 앞으로 우리가 조사해야할 도서관의 숫자는 매우 많이 남아있다는 현실을 대변해준다. 국내 기관이나 학자들이 중국 지역에서 한국학 고문헌을 효과적으로 조사하는 방안으로 각 지역별로 편찬한 연합 서목, 각 도서관의 서목, 전산검색시스템 내부 목록과 내부 관계자를 활용하고, 한국학 고문헌의 자료 해제와 서지 사항을 철저히 조사하며, 한국학 고문헌의 가치와 접근 방식에 대한 인식 변화, 그리고 중국 지역의 특수성을 파악하여 장기적인 계획 수립이 필요하다.

In the present study, the Chinese region includes Chinese continent, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao. As the Chinese region has a long history of close interaction with Korea, an ample amount of ancient Korean literature has been collected. Currently, 60 libraries in the Chinese region have investigated ancient Korean literature and the collection is around 3000 works. There are about a dozen of catalogs and studies about ancient Korean literature. The number of libraries that have been covered in this study is less than 10% of the major ancient literature libraries. Thus, there are a lot of libraries that should be examined. An efficient methodology for the ancient literature examination for domestic institutes and researchers is utilizing regional union catalogs, catalogs of each library, electronic search system, and internal information that is closed to the public. Scrutinizing bibliographical introductions to ancient Korean literature, changing the perspective of the value of ancient Korean literature and the way of approach, and the long-term strategy considering the special characters of the Chinese region are also essential for studying ancient Korean literature in the Chinese region.
