An Empirical Study on The Performance of Logistics Information System in The CY Operating Companies:With Particular Reference to The CY Operating Companies in Busan Area

The company's concern and development of logistics information systems on a competitive global field is now more concentrated. For this study on logistics information systems of CY operating company, an empirical his study was conducted among a number of employees who have used the logistics information system in the CY Operaring Companies. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the parameter that was sense by logistic information system user was confirmed positive (+) influence according to their satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis, that was sense by logistic information system user was confirmed a positive influence attributed to the impact of organization. Third, the hypothesis that was sense by logistic information system user was confirmed a positive (+) influence due to customer service.
