이 논문은 PI에 관한 여러 내용 중에서 다만 특별히 고려해야 할 주요한 방법론에 국한하여 사례 분석 및 현장 실무자들의 소중한 경험들을 적극 반영하여 이를 개념적으로 체계화시켜 본 것이다. 조직전략을 가장 효과적으로 실천하기 위한 PI 방법론으로는 아래와 같이 5가지 소분야로 나누어 그 중요한 특징들이 제시될 수 있다. “첫째, 리스트럭처링(Re-Structuring) 조직혁신 방법론, 둘째, WBS(Work Breakdown Structure), 셋째, 일의 분해(Work Analysis) 방법론, 넷째, 리엔지니어링을 위한 PI-Matrix, 다섯째, ERD(Entity Relationship Diagram) DFD(Data Flow Diagram) 및 ODM(Organization Design Diagram) 3 모듈(module) 사이의 관계 설정”이다.

This article has been focused on systemizing any conceptual framework about Process Innovation Methodology particularly to be considered through referencing many lively experienced cases of working-level practitioners in actual real fields. The Process Innovation Methodology for putting these organizational strategies into practice was shown here as the following important characteristics covering five small sections. They are "first, Re-structuring, second, Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), third, Work Analysis, forth, PI-matrix for searching Core Process, fifth, setting relationships among ERD, DFD, ODD(Organization Design Diagram).
