위성 DMB 서비스의 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 결정요인

Determinants of The Satellite DMB Service Use

이 연구는 위성 DMB 서비스의 수용이 아닌 수용 이후 지속적 이용의도에 초점을 두고 있다. 위성 DMB 서비스의 지속적 이용에 관한 결정요인으로 만족, 특유자산, 그리고 이용정도가 고려되었다. 위성 DMB를 이용하고 있는 집단을 대상으로 수집된 자료가 연구모형을 검증하기 위해서 분석에 이용되었다. 분석 결과, 위성 DMB 서비스에 대한 만족, 시간 및 노력 특유자산, 그리고 경제적 특유자산은 위성 DMB 서비스의 지속적 이용의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 반면에 이용정도는 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 끝으로, 이러한 결과의 이론적 및 실문적 시사점이 논의되고 연구의 한계점과 미래의 연구 방향이 제시되었다.

This study attempts to empirically identify determinants of the satellite DMB service use, focusing not to adopt new technology service such as the satellite DMB service but to continuously use in post-adoption. Using a data collected from 366 respondents through questionnaire, research model is tested. Results show that service satisfaction and transaction-specific asset such as time, learning effort, and economic cost have an impact on use of the satellite DMB service but usage amount has no effect on it. Finally, managerial implications and limitations of these findings are discussed.
