Yonggungbuyeonrok is closely realted with the ceremony of putting the ridge beam. The plot of Yonggungbuyeonrok coincide with the ceremony of putting the ridge beam. This thesis researched the characteristic of narration and the writing festival. The ceremony of putting ridge beam is as follow: writing the formal address and the prayer→festival for worshipping gods and spirits→putting the ridge beam→looking around the building site. After all , it is clear that the narrative characteristic is closely connected with the writing party and the looking around the Palace of Dragon King. The hera of this work, called Hansaeng, changes his emotional and mental condition, especially according to the process of this ceremony. The process of Hansaeng's emotional change is as follow : marveling→remarkable pleasure→nothingness of human beings. The ending of work is a sort of nihility, as it were a self-consciousness human being is nothingness. But it is not a kind of nihilism or yearning the super-natural world but reflecting the living and human being himself. As result , Yonggungbuyeonrok is reflecting human being and his livings through poem in the festival of writing.
