유아교육과 수업개선을 위한 강의평가문항의 중요도분석

An Analysis of the Importance of Lecture Evaluation Items for Instruction Improvement

본 연구는 유아교육과 전공강의의 강의 만족도를 제고하기 위해 강의평가 응답의 패턴과 강의평가 문항의 중요도를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석대상 강의평가결과는 3개의 강의평가영역과 10개의 평가문항으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교육과 강의평가 만족도 제고를 위해서는 이론중심 강의의 경우 학생들의 참여를 유도하고 평가기준을 명확히 제시하는 것이 중요하다. 반면 실습중심 강의 만족도를 제고하기 위해서는 매체를 적절히 사용하고, 실습은 전반적으로 수업에 도움이 될 수 있도록 구성하여야 한다. 둘째, 강의만족도 제고를 위해서는 교육 수요자의 요구와 인식의 흐름을 교육활동에 반영하여야 한다. 이론중심 강의에서 1학년은 “과제 및 평가영역”, 3학년은 “실행 판단영역”과 “과제 및 평가영역” 그리고 4학년은 “실행 판단영역”에 주의하여야 하며, 실습중심 강의에서는 2학년과 3학년의 경우 “실행 판단영역”, 4학년은 “준비도 판단영역”에서 집중하여 강의를 개선 및 개발할 필요성이 있다.

This study were to research for an Instruction Improvement. And so, The purpose of this study were to analysis of the importance of items for teaching evaluation. In this study, the domains for evaluating of the instruction were composed of "the instruction readiness", "the implementation", and "the task and the evaluation". And, the 10 items for evaluating of the instruction were derived from three domains. The findings of this study were as follows: 1)The important items to improve instruction are "require learner participation" and "definiteness of evaluation criteria" In theory-based instruction, and appropriateness of educational media utilize in practice-based instruction. 2)Different grade have different domains to improve instruction. In the university, evaluation of instruction must contribute to improve the process of teaching and learning with professional development.
