만 2세아의 성과 기질에 따른 비언어적 의사소통에 대한 교사의 반응

Teacher’s Response to Nonverbal Communication by Two-year’s Sex and Temperament

연구는 만 2세아의 성과 기질에 따른 비언어적 의사소통에 대하여 교사가 어떠한 반응을 보이는지 분석하기 위해서 2곳의 어린이집에 다니는 남아14명, 여아 14명과 그들의 담임교사 4명의 연구대상으로 8주간의 관찰로 연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 만 2세아의 비언어적 의사소통에 대한 교사의 일반적인 경향은 교수적 반응과 민감한 반응이 나타나는 것으로 보였다. 다음으로 영아의 성에 따른 교사의 반응을 보면 여아에게는 공감적인 반응을 보이는 반면 남아에게는 민감한 반응을 보였고 기질에 따른 교사의 반응은 순한 기질의 영아에게는 교수적 반응을 보였고, 까다로운 기질의 영아에게는 민감하고 부정적인 반응을 보였다. 이로써 영아의 성과 기질에 따른 비언어적 의사소통에 대해 교사는 다르게 반응함을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the any difference of teacher’s response to nonverbal communication by two-year’s sex and temperament. The subjects are 4 teachers for infants with observation method at 2 kindergartens. As a result teacher’s general response to nonverbal communication by two-year’s are mainly revealed instructing reaction and sensitive reaction. Regarding teacher’s response by two-year’s sex, there is a difference between sympathetic reaction for girls and sensitive reaction for boys. In addition, there is difference by temperament between instructing reaction for docile-tempered infants and sensitive, negative reaction for picky-tempered infants. It is known that teacher react differently on nonverbal communication according to sex and temperament of two-year’s infant.
