日本の少年非行の実態とその対策

A study of present conditions of Japanese juvenile delinquency and their solution methods

본 논문은, 일본의 소년 비행 문제의 현상을 분명히 하고, 현재 일본에서 행해지고 있는 소년 비행의 대책에 대하여 소개하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 특히, 소년비행의 대책에 관해서는, 사법 복지 현장에서 일하면서 실천하고 있는 실천가(정신과의 의사, 사법 복지사 등)의 실천 내용을 소개하는 것에 의해서, 일본의 사법 복지 대책을 행정 수준 뿐 아니라, 실천 수준에서도 이해할 수 있도록 한다. 실천 수준에서는, 정신 분석 이론, 생태체계이론, 가족 요법이 어떻게 사법 복지 실천에 적용될 수 있는지를 고찰했다. 그리고 각각의 이론을 실제로 실천하고 있는 사례를 소개하여, 이론의 실천에의 적용에 대한 이해를 높이려고 노력했다.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the present conditions of Japanese juvenile delinquency and introduce their solution methods of juvenile delinquency problems in Japan. In particular, About the solutions of the juvenile delinquency, Through introducing Clinical workers' practice who are working and practicing of justice welfare(ex: psycho analyst, Social worker), I tried to help readers understand not only its administrative level but practical level. In practical level, I considered how a psychoanalysis theory, an ecological system theory, a family therapy could apply to practice of justice welfare. And, through introducing the case example that really practiced each theory, I tried to raise understanding for the application to the theoretical practice.
