뇌성마비아의 안장애에 관한 관찰

In spite of the fact that children with cerebral palsy may have various ocular abnormalities, there have been relatively little attention paid in this field. This is to present the first report of survey on the cerebral palsied children seen in Korea. In includes 56 cases(64.4%) of ocular disorders in the total number of 87 children with cerebral palsy in Sam Yook Rehabilitation School. The results of detailed ophthalmological survey carried out in this group are as follows, and it is with our hope that the data will be provided to the stimulation of further study in better rehabilitation of cerebral palsied children in this country. 1. The strabismus is the most prevalent non refractive disturbance of 21 cases(24.1%) with twice greater number of exotropia than estropia. 2. The refractive error occupies 50.8%(87cases, 88 eyes in 173 eyes) including 53 myopic eyes(60.2%) and 35 hyperopic eyes(39.8%). It is noteworthy that the myopia cases comprise 8 eyes(9.1%) of higher than -6. 0D. 3. Optic nerve involvement of partial atrophy is encountered in 5 cases(5.7%) and the possible amblyopia of 10 cases(11.5%) with association of strabismus are detected and observed.
