Study on change of Korean men’s hair style design:Centering on pop stars's hair cut design after 1970

Hair-style that completed one style in agreement with clothes is more important than ever, especially, meaning of hair cut design that completed hair style is getting bigger. The result of search on change of men’s hair cut design centering popular celebrities since 1970’s , it is showed that men’s hair cut design has changed from fire fly and one length hair cut of short and hard feeling that is past men’s image to shaggy and disconnection hair cut of free feeling. And Hair style from 1970 to 2000 has changed from using tough feeling style using personalizing and gloss feeling. It is showed that men’s hair cut design represents their personalities and styles accepting an element of esthetic not more fixed men’s images. Also it was found that hair style was reestablished according to changes of social and cultural phenomena.
