Aesthetic Mimesis expressed Bodypainting:focusing on the Lukács' late aesthetics

This paper has attempted to investigate how aesthetic mimesis has been expressed in body painting after seeing art as mimesis in reality. As a result, this paper has the following results: First, Shape deformation has taken place amid many distortions. In fact, the artist has delivered his emotion through various messages in the distortions and shape deformations which have been expressed in body painting as Georg Lukacs insisted that the shape deformation by distortion was an expression of the extreme state of human emotions. Second, the artist’s emotion has been expressed through colors and objectified under various themes with a specific shade of meaning in color such as color independence. Third, in shape geometric simplification, the geometric simplification is aimed to generalize individual factors. In particular, it is a part of the expression for continuance in the change in nature.In the expression of nature and things, shape geometric simplification has been used without emphasizing the outline.
