싱글맘의 심리적 지원체계로서의 자조모임

Nursing meeting as the mental support system for the single moms

본 연구는 한부모 가정 가운데 싱글맘들의 심리적 지원체계로서 자조모임의 필요성 및 실태를 살펴봄으로써 향후 싱글맘들의 자조모임 활성화를 위한 기초 자료로 기여하고자 하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 싱글맘들이 경험하고 있는 문제와 복지서비스 현황에 대해서 살펴보고, 서울시 건강가정지원센터의 싱글맘 자조모임의 현황에 대해서 살펴보았다. 은평구 건강가정지원센터에서 실시한 프로그램에 내용에 대해서 구체적으로 살펴봄으로써 싱글맘의 심리적 지원체계로서 자조모임의 필요성을 강조하였다. 싱글맘의 심리적 지원체계로서의 자조모임의 현황과 실제를 살펴본 결과 향후 싱글맘들의 심리적 지원을 위해서 자조모임이 보다 활성화되고 싱글맘들의 현실을 반영할 수 있도록 해야 하는 것이 과제로 제시되고 있다.

This study aimed to contribute as the basic data for nursing meeting revitalization of single moms of future with examining necessity and actual condition of nursing meeting as the mental support system for the single moms among the single-parent families. To achieve the goals, I examined the problems from the experiences of single moms and the welfare actual condition, and the present condition of single mom nursing meeting of Seoul Healthy Family Support Center. I emphasized necessity of nursing meeting as the mental support system for the single moms with inquiring into the program which was executed at the Healthy Family Support Center of Eun-Pyeong Gu. At the result of the research about actual condition and fact of nursing meeting as the mental support system for the single mom which was presented in this study, the supreme task that nursing meeting need to be revitalized and reflects the reality of single moms was appearing for the mental support of the single moms in the future.
