국제거래법 통일용어사전의 필요성

It is undesirable not to have professional dictionaries or books for international commercial law which can catch up with its development and speed. Even though there are some dictionaries about international trade or international transaction law, most of them are simply English-Korean translation ones Especially, when legislators make related with international commercial area, they seem easily to rely on a particular source which explains their legal terms needed to translate for the first time or for the reason of its popularity without verification of their accuracy and specialty. I would like to propose to make a uniform terms dictionary of international commercial law for the purpose of unification and specialty of the terms. To achieve the above project, the dictionary has to have the following originality and specialty. Frist, one can search the term he wants to know by simultaneously comparing the term with multilingual ones, ie English, Chinese, Japanese. Second, the dictionary can have the term he or she wants to know explained with its source. It makes the dictionary not a simple list of words but a professional academic one. Third, to increase the understanding and specialty of the searched terms, visual tools should be used, such as picture, photo, graphic or mark etc. fourth, the dictionary can be used by not only the physical format, such as a paper dictionary, but also the electronic one, such as an e-dictionary.
