만5세아 초등전이프로그램 내용구성에 관한 연구

Research on the Extraction of Elementary School Transition Program Contents

본 연구의 목적은 취학 전 만5세 유아의 원활한 학교생활을 돕기 위한 초등전이프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 단계로서, 초등전이프로그램에 필요한 하위요소들을 추출하여 제시함에 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기지역의 유아교육기관에 자녀를 보내고 있는 만5세아 부모와 유아교육기관에 종사하고 있는 만5세 담당교사를 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 만5세아 부모와 유아교육기관의 교사 모두 초등전이프로그램의 중요성에 대해 매우 높게 중요성을 인식하고 있었으며, 초등전이 프로그램 내용의 영역에 있어서 부모와 교사 모두 ‘적응’을 가장 중요시 하는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째로 부모는 ‘지식’, 교사는 ‘규칙 및 습관’을 중요하게 여겼다. 이러한 인식을 토대로 ‘적응’에 관한 초등전이프로그램의 문항이 부모와 교사에 의해 17개가 추출되었으나 다시 전문가집단의 내용타당도 분석을 통해 총 12개 문항이 추출되었다.

The purpose of this study was to extract and present sub-factors necessary for the elementary school transition program, which is the basic step for the development of transition program to help 5-year-old preschool children adjust effectively to school lives. For that, parents of 5-year-old children, who had their children educated in children education institutes in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and teachers of 5-year-old children, who were working in children education institutes in the same region, were surveyed. The result of study indicated that both parents of 5-year-old children and teachers of children education institutes had considered the elementary school transition program highly important, and both parents and teachers considered the ‘adaptation’ the most important in all areas of the elementary school transition program. Meanwhile, parents considered the ‘knowledge’ important, while teachers regarded ‘rule and habit’ important. Based on that perception, 17 questions of the elementary school transition program’ pertinent to the ‘adaptation’ were extracted, but finally, total 12 questions were extracted through the analysis by the expert group on the content validity.
