The Study on Practical Problems and Facts of Care in using Reimbursement Credit on basis of URR 725

The transaction of reimbursement credit is the system in which the reimbursing bank on behalf of the issuing bank make payment to the claiming bank according to reimbursement authorization in the international trade transaction. This URR 725 was made for the purpose of early receiving the proceed of export. therefor the export country will be benefit by using this kind of reimbursement credit but the import country will be much burden because of making payment earlier than UCP regulation. This reimbursement transaction is ruled by URR 725 which was renewed by ICC ( International Chamber of Commerce) in 2008 matching with UCP 600. Therefor in this thesis, after the revised contents of URR 725 was introduced and the local cases of reimbursement transaction was investigated, the practical problems and the facts of care in using reimbursement credit were provided.
