국민연금 수급가능급여가 수급이전기의 성별 노동공급에 미치는 영향 분석

Effect of Pension Wealth on Labor Supply

본 논문은 국민연금 수급가능급여가 수급이전기의 노동공급에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석한 것이다. 실증분석 결과 국민연금기대자산이 남녀 모두의 노동공급의사결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 여성이 남성보다 노동시장참가에 대한 국민연금기대자산의 추정계수(coefficient)가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 여성의 경우 자녀 수가 많을수록 배우자의 근로소득, 가구의 비근로소득이 높을수록 노동시장에 참가하는 확률이 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the National Pension System(NPS) on labor supply and calculation of Pension Wealth(PW) using the Korea Labor and Income Panel data(2005). For the purpose of testing, it is used 'Probit Model' is applied. The estimation result shows that the current National Pension System affects the labor supply behavior of workers. It means that every increase in the Pension Wealth causes participation in the economic activities of labor supply to increased. Moreover it is estimated that married with children, high-non labor income female result in lower participation in the economic activities. Therefore it is necessary that National Pension System(NPS) should be improved substantially in order to equity of burden between male and female.
