책쾌(冊儈) 송신용(송신용)과 교주본 「女容國傳여용국젼」 연구

Book-brokers had been competent for a part of book circulation since Choseon period. They had a great role in supplying books privately to readers who want to get some books(eg. novels), before `Sechaek`(The house where books are given out for rent) or bookstore was established. And Thanks to book-brokers, many readers could have a opportunity to read books. The book-brokers who had dealt books privately in Choseon Period was especially called by not `Seokyei(書儈)`, but `ChaekKyei(冊儈). Song Sin-Yong(宋申用) was one of the last ChaekKyei who was active in the 1940`s-1950`s in Korea. He tried to seek for a rare and old literary books, wandering around the whole country. He also sold precious books to book collectors or scholars who want to get. In addition to it, he introduced and annotated several classic literary works in order that young people can read and understand more easily. One of these classic works is his annotated work YeoYongGukJeon(女容國傳), which personified women`s make-up and their make-up set.
