경인운하 일반화물 분담률 추정

Estimation of Allotment Rates of Gyeongin Canal General Cargo

본 연구는 경인운하 이용가능 품목중의 하나인 일반화물의 인천터미널 분담률을 추정하였다. 본 연구의 시사점 및 기존 연구와의 차별성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경인운하를 이용할 것으로 예상되는 일반화물의 분담률을 합리적으로 예측하기 위하여 확률선택모형을 설정하여 분석하였다. 둘째, 확률선택모형의 설명변수로는 SP(Stated Preference)자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 수도권 및 인천항을 이용하는 경제주체(선사, 포워더, 화주)들을 대상으로 SP조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 연구에 반영하였다. 셋째, SP 조사 결과와 실태조사 및 전문가의 의견을 반영하여 시간과 비용을 이용경로 선택요인의 최종 설명변수로 도출하였다. 넷째, 확률선택모형의 분담률을 예측하기 위해서는 기존 상황과 대비되는 새로운 상황, 즉, 경인운하 이용이라는 새로운 상황이 설정되어야 하는데, 본 연구에서는 기존 항만을 이용할 때보다 경인운하를 이용하는 경우 시간과 비용은 각각 기존 항만 대비 35% 상승, 40% 상승하는 것으로 가정하였다. 다섯째, SP자료를 기초로 확률선택모형을 사용하여 분담률을 추정한 결과, 기존 이용경로(인천항)의 분담률은 89.7%로 추정되었으며, 경인운하 인천터미널의 일반화물 분담률은 10.3%로 예측되었다.

This study estimates the Incheon Terminal allotment rate, which is one of the items that can utilize the Gyeongin Canal. In order to estimate the allotment rate, the following features exist. First, in order to rationally predict the Gyeongin Candal allotment rate, a probability choice model, or in other words logit model was used, and also SP(Stated Preference) data was used for the descriptive variable. Second, the choosers of the probability choice model such as shipping, forwarders, shippers, etc performed SP surveys on the economic subjects that use the Seoul area and Incheon harbor. Third, on-site examinations and the opinions of exports were reflected to find the descriptive variables of time and cost needed for the SP examination design. Fourth, in order to predict the allotment rate of the probability choice method, a basic situation must be set. Thus, the time and expense for the Gyeongin Canal Incheon Terminal was set to increase by 35% and 40% respectively compared to the existing harbors. Fifth, the Gyeongin Canal allotment rate of existing harbors was predicted as 89.7% and 10.3% for Incheon Terminal.
